Annette spent 20 years in the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Program Manager, for the last 10 years she’s been using her skills in negotiating, pricing, and contracting, to the advantage of her customers.  Annette believes in taking the time to build mutual trust and respect with her clients allowing her to achieve her ultimate goal of CLIENT SATISFACTION.
